If you live on the East Coast, or have the opportunity to plan a quick trip to celebrate, head out to one of these fabulous fireworks locations for a holiday to remember. The displays will be epic, the parties will rock, and you and fellow Americans will come together to make the 4th fantastic!

New York City – Macy's 4th of July Fireworks


Those in the Big Apple will have Macy's to thank for a showstopping fireworks display along the East River. Rock out with performances from Kelly Clarkson, Ricky Martin, Blake Shelton, and more superstars as you gaze into the stars and see a light show that will knock your socks off. As per Trip Savvy, "If you want to secure the best spot, leave early to go to South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and the elevated pedestrian sections of FDR Drive." If you can't make it to the live show, tune in to NBC at 8 PM on Wednesday and watch the wonder from home.

Virginia Beach – Stars & Stripes Explosion


They say, "Virginia is for lovers," but on the 4th, the love goes towards the lights in the summer sky during the "Stars & Stripes Explosion" in Virginia Beach. Along with the impressive fireworks fun which kicks off at 9:30 PM, you'll enjoy live entertainment and an awe-inspiring oceanfront view. Jersey City 4th of July Experience


Snoop Dogg will headline Jersey City's FifthAnnual 4th of July Experience for a full day of food, fun, fireworks, and more. A full-scale carnival will delight the kids, the beer gardens will make the adults say "cheers," and over the Hudson River, the "50 Star Fire Show Experience" will end the night with a bang. "Food Truck Alley" on Hudson Street will keep everyone satisfied, with treats from crepes to lobster to tacos to pizza…and so much more. From noon 'till 10 PM, Jersey City will be full of festivities for the whole family.

Saratoga's All-American Celebration


The 2-day event (July 3-4) in Saratoga Springs, NY, is sure to be an awesome day – it has been ranked as "one of the top 10 small-town celebrations" by ABC News. Head to Bristol for a celebration that salutes America and has been since 1785. As per Seven Jet, "Bristol's Fourth of July Celebration is the oldest, continuously running fireworks event in the country."
