What a great idea! Maybe this was the perfect way for me to get back into cooking home-cooked meals for my husband and I. I used to love cooking, but lately, it's become another chore. I am picky when it comes to veggies; I like them colourful and crispy, and the HelloFresh veggies are just the way I like them — fresh and bright orange carrots, green broccoli, and red tomatoes.

My favourite recipe was the Seared Beef and Potato Mash with Garlic-Rosemary Sauce. As I followed the instructions, I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was! And the beef was surprisingly tender. The recipe for Garlic-Rosemary Sauce was out-of-this-world - just like you'd get in an upmarket Italian restaurant. The creamy mash sealed the deal, and there was even courgette and spinach to add a healthy kick. Altogether it was a wonderful meal, and even the cooking part was fun!

I don't have time to be a gourmet chef or the energy to come up with creative meals, but I want to cook more fresh meals at home and live a more balanced lifestyle, something HelloFresh can help me to accomplish with ease.
