And since everyone is looking for the same versatile vacation, you’re going to want to book early.

For a more unique take on family-friendly Euro summer, head to Scotland for history and haggis. Seriously, though, Edi is one of the coolest cities in the UK — with one of the best food scenes. SO, don’t be scared off by promises of blood pudding. Head to Scotland for a city steeped in history and culture, for a food-focused vacation. This is my personal favourite way to vacation.
