And the beef was surprisingly tender. The recipe for Garlic-Rosemary Sauce was out-of-this-world - just like you'd get in an upmarket Italian restaurant. The creamy mash sealed the deal, and there was even courgette and spinach to add a healthy kick. Altogether it was a wonderful meal, and even the cooking part was fun!
